Responsibilities

Planning and Scheduling:

Make schedules for production to meet orders on time and use machines efficiently.

Work with sales and engineering teams to prioritize orders.

Managing Resources:

Make sure we have enough people, materials, and machines to meet our goals.

Find ways to save money while keeping quality high.

Quality Control:

Make sure our products meet our standards and fix any problems.

Keep finding ways to make our products even better.

Leading the Team:

Lead and train our team, helping them work well together and get better at their jobs.

Make sure everyone follows safety rules.
