About the Role The ACRT Pacific Recruiter reports to the Recruiting Supervisor at ACRT Services. This position will play a key role in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding candidates for ACRT Pacific. The recruiter will support the ACRT Pacific HR Staff and the organization's Operating subsidiaries to ensure staffing requirements are met in a timely manner. This position requires a high degree of interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail. What You'll Do Complete full-life cycle recruiting for multiple positions Prepare, post, and manage job compliant requisitions in Applicant Tracking System Review candidate applications; evaluate candidate qualifications Complete initial candidate phone screens; evaluate candidate responses with the goal of selecting the most qualified candidates for employment Assist hiring managers and supervisors in conducting phone interviews for qualified candidates Prepare and send offer letters to candidates Initiate and manage background checks and drug screenings Coordinate start dates with candidate and manager; complete hire process in Workday Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries about open positions, generating interest in our organization and the prospect of working here Ensure that there is a smooth transition from offer to the candidate's first day Support with the onboarding process Communicate closely and effectively with: Applicants Hiring managers and supervisors Internal stakeholders on the status of all open positions and recruiting efforts Work with and continue to train and educate hiring managers and supervisors on recruiting compliance, timely and accurate dispositioning, and closing job requisitions. Travel to Recruiting Events Attend job fairs & other recruiting events Other Duties as Assigned About You Must haves: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 2.5 or more years in full life cycle recruiting and using Applicant Tracking System, such as Workday Nice to haves: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organization Development Experience: 3 or more years in full life cycle recruiting for corporate staff and 2 or more years with Workday's Recruiting module Your Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Look-ups, Pivot Tables, etc.) Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as a team Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior management Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgement to make good business decisions Experience providing exemplary customer service Possess strong time management and organizational skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude Proactive with ability to anticipate needs Familiarity with Federal and State Labor law and OFCCP Compliance Ability to work with confidential information Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred but not required This role would not be a good fit if: You
