Insight Global Director of Sales & Marketing in Surrey, British Columbia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to resource a Director of Sales and Marketing in the design and manufacture of quality railing products for residential and commercial markets. This role is responsible for leading the Sales Team to achieve growth and hit sales targets through successful team leadership. This role is responsible to build out and implement the Sale & Marketing Action Plan for the United States and Canada. This strategic process will involve developing a formal plan together with Senior Management and will include the hiring, developing, training and monitoring of commissioned sales representatives for the company. This role has the authority and responsibility to design and successfully implement a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base, the dealer network, and the brand reputation with the goal of ensuring that the company remains and continues to enhance itself as a market leader in the manufacture and sale of aluminum railing systems and related products.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of Sales Leadership Management experience

Experience in selling railing or construction services

Experience presenting to customers, stakeholders and senior leadership

Experience establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions (existing and targeted), projecting expected sales volume for existing and new product lines

Developed annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and building on results

Experience establishing, adjusting and/or maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors null
