National Account and IT Manager

  1. Responsibility
  • Report to Country Manager ANZ

  • Achievement of sales targets as prescribed

  • IT and software installations and upgrades

  • Identify and capture sales opportunities

  • Relationship management with Vyaire team and clientele.

  • Build customer relations including Clinical, IT and Biomedical personnel and departments.

  • Market intelligence to help identify and capture commercial opportunities.

  • Reporting and planning

  • National based role with travel to each customer / state as required to support / sell products

Specific Tasks and Requirements:

  • A field-based role with extensive visits to customers to understand needs, identify and capture and close sales opportunities.

  • Territory management to ensure appropriate visit cycle to existing customers and development of new customer contacts and opportunities.

  • Develop key account relationships with clients of existing or potential new and current competitive accounts.

  • Manage and prioritize key account activity based on existing and potential buying cycle.

  • Analyze sales figures and know the business to seek and establish opportunities to achieve the annual operating plan.

  • Work with Country Manager to provide sales pipeline and forecasting data on a weekly basis or as required.

  • Develop expertise in respiratory diagnostic hardware and software capabilities.

  • Develop expertise in software applications, networking and hospital integration.

  • Develop expertise in SQL database and HL7 (mirth Engine) support and implementation.

  • Collaborate with Vyaire software solution engineers in Germany to best support customers. After hours work periodically required

  • Train and support customers in the use of SentrySuite software and related programs

  • Train and support customers, with support from clinical as required, in the use of Vyaire RDx hardware.

  • Project manage capital implementations including hardware installation and software integration into the hospital network.

  • Collaboration with hospital / client IT and biomedical team to manage installation and maintenance of product IT networks.

  • Manage and execute customer network upgrades and software maintenance requirements.

  • Access, manage and support customer product networks / servers through secure VPN connections. Work with IT departments to establish VPN connections and provide access to Vyaire team if needed.

  • Detail and manage customer product and SentrySuite network information for access by Vyaire team to help support customer installations.

  • Develop and provide software and IT troubleshooting guides for Vyaire team and customers.

  • Works with Commercial Director to support Vyaire Team and customers in IT and software solutions.

  • Identify customer needs and develop appropriate strategies to meet needs.

  • Work with Vyaire team at customers congress meetings to help drive product market brand recognition and potential sales.

  • Provide innovative and creative ideas to help the business become more efficient and effective.

  • Protect the company information always. Keep confidentiality.

  • Travel and participate in all company training or sales meetings as requested.

  • Provide weekly reports on activity to complete and being completed.

  • Utilize company support material to be educated on company requirements and policies.

  • Help maintain and service demo equipment.

  • Prepare and submit routine administrative tasks (eg: expenses)

  • Work with Country Manager to establish quarterly and annual goals.
