Join the Nationwide Auto Services team! Job Responsibilities and Duties Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components to diagnose and resolve issues accurately. Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade. Perform both major and minor engine, drive train, and electrical repairs up to and including complete overhauls. Repair or replace broken parts and resolve any issues. Keep accurate logs on all work performed. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer satisfaction. Produce quality work that demonstrates pride of workmanship. Maintain your assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner. Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management. Perform other related or similar duties as required. Maintain all safety standards. Qualifications and Requirements The person in this position should at least meet the following: Proven and verifiable experience as an auto mechanic. Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic components of vehicles Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods. Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment, including lifts. Must be able to adapt to new methods, processes, material, and equipment. Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure. Must be self-motivated and conduct oneself in a professional manner. Must be able to work within and be actively engaged and involved in a team environment.
