We design and build digital products on, or behalf of our clients. Our clients are from ASX listed companies to mid-tier thought leaders, including product start-ups.  

We are looking for someone to join the Technical Team as a Senior Full Stack Developer.  

This role is not just about developing market leading applications, but about helping our customer launch new products to market, while supporting and Agile Delivery team.

  AS A SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER, YOU WILL BE TASKED WITH THE FOLLOWING: 

• Develop technical solutions (Mobile, Web and Cloud) to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity using technologies that you are most proficient with and those that you would like to learn. Technologies we use require include C#, .NET, React, and NextJS.  

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software according to the functional requirements

• Developing using best practices including automated deployment, DevOps, and Cloud Native 

• Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability

• Participation and contribution to stand-ups and other sessions 

  ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU. YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH: 

• Experience with .NET Standard 2.0 and .NET Core 3.1 

• NuGet package development 

• MVC design pattern 

• Ability to work with large datasets and database optimisation 

• Experience with NoSQL databases, especially on the Azure platform 

• CQRS design pattern 

• General web development experience (CSS, HTML) with experience in Blazor advantageous 

• Outstanding development skills in multiple languages 

• Unit Testing and Test-driven development experience. 

  YOUR PROFILE: 

• Must love automation and repeatability 

• Understand what cloud native is (do not think in old technology solutions) 

• Understanding of software architectures in code and overall, understand how databases and networks work etc. 

• Good client facing skills 

• Self-starter eager to learn new technologies; enthusiastic about researching opportunities to grow and improve your skill set 

• Communication skills are a must, we need people who are both technical experts and can communicate clearly to customers obtaining customer trust as well as willing to help a teammate and pitch in when needed on a team 

• Not afraid to have difficult conversations 

• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude with an aptitude to take on any task and run with it to completion
