Amazon Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Ring All Product, Ring in Taipei, Taiwan

Description

1.Experienced in video products, like camera/IP cam/dash cam and optical systems. Capable to lead product design and development by reviewing risk & feasibility study considering tooling, molding process, and assembly.

  1. Lead and drive suppliers in design jobs from RFQ, NPI to MP and co-work stakeholders in verify functional achievement, issue debugging and resolving issues from mechanics, material, and reliability performance by DOE planning

  2. Knowledgeable in plastic injection molding, painting, printing & related cosmetic treatment for plastic parts, and capable to define and optimize process per design request

  3. Knowledgeable in metal processing, stamping, die-casting, extrusion , CNC and cosmetic process as ED & anodizing, and capable to define and optimize process per design request

  4. Well know product development flow and cycle and skillful capability of 2D/3D CAD building

  5. Knowledgeable in SPC & 6-sigma quality system and specifications of ME related fields, and capable to implement design-for-quality methodology in define and qualify components, module and device.
