Business Acceleration is a division of Brunswick Corporation, the world’s largest recreational marine company with a portfolio of brands like Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Mercury Marine and Freedom Boat Club.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Demand & Fleet Planning, you will play a key role in optimizing fleet planning and lifecycle management. In addition, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to drive project execution and seamless communication.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire fleet lifecycle, from initial location assignment to strategic end-of-life planning and execution, including liquidation processes.
Maintain and analyze fleet and inventory data on a regular cadence to generate insights and support strategic decision making.
Support strategic programs by setting objectives, identifying necessary data, performing analysis, and making recommendations.
Proactively collaborate with operations, logistics and other business units to enable fleet retirements and execution of bulk sales
Work with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to manage vessel orders, track production progress, and ensure logistics.
Identify opportunities to improve fleet management processes and implement data-driven solutions.
Understand the roles and responsibilities of the Marine Operations Support coordinators.
Qualifications:
3 or more years of professional experience in business operations, program management, supply chain, or other relevant fields
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive alignment among stakeholders across functions
Ability to determine improvements and drive decisions through data analysis.
Demonstrates a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Must be a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Marine industry knowledge is desirable
Experience with allocation, Demand, forecasting, and planning preferred
