中奥智慧正在不断发展壮大，正在为我们位于 成都地点招聘一名工地检测员。您的首要任务是在国家相关法律法规的框架下，贯彻执行公司质量要求，按时高效完成年度检测业务及现场工作计划，为客户提供高质量的检测及相关服务，使客户满意，并协助销售进一步开拓市场，不断提高公司业务的市场占有率。

通常情况下，您需要：

 依据客户及相关法律法规要求，从事电梯、扶梯及升降机的日常检测；

 依据国家和行业标准、客户需求等执行电梯安全和运行质量现场评估；

 贯彻执行国家检验法规、标准和公司相关质量体系文件要求，并对本岗工作质量负责；

 熟练掌握检验指导书内容，并按照检测指导开展检测，据实填写原始记录，完成检测报告；

 协助销售人员开展电梯检测业务的市场调研，市场推广，投标等工作；

 完成主管安排的其他工作；

 学习、理解并遵守公司的商业道德规范；

 学习、理解并遵守公司的环境、健康与安全的规则和程序以及当地的安全政策和法规。上报所有的事故（伤害、疾病，险兆以及环境事故等）、危险状况以及紧急事件。在工作之前进行工作危险分析，并采取响应的预防措施来保护自身的安全。参加环境、健康与安全的培训活动，并对自己的安全负责。

 遵守卓越服务的政策和程序，履行卓越服务的客户承诺，制定卓越服务计划并实施，实现卓越服务目标。

成功的候选人需要具备：

持有有效的特种设备检验检测人员资格证（DTY/DT-1）

具备良好的电气机械工程等相关专业知识

将安全放在首位

具备良好的沟通能力

愿意探索，适应能力强，可独自或与团队合作开展工作

熟练使用电子、数字以及检测相关仪器设备工具。
