Job Description

Your mission will be :

 Perform handling operations according to current standards and requirements, as well as health, safety and environment (HSE) rules

 Prepare a component before painting : masking and sanding based on instructions.

 Ensure that your workstation's qualification is valid

 Prepare paints according to instructions (make sure that the products used have not passed their expiry date)

 Adjust and use spray guns as specified in the instructions

 Perform the different painting phases according to instructions (included stencils if necessary and technical markings)

 Conduct visual and other checks according to instructions

 Program the drying oven as recommended in the instructions

 Perform sealants and finishing touch up

 Fill out traceability documents

 Ensure that both the materials and workstation are clean

 Maintain the workstation, equipment and work area according to current instructions and pay particular attention to the validity of periodic checks of this equipment

 Carry out Level 1 maintenance of equipment

 Make recommendations on how to improve the HSE environment and take part in team meetings about continuous improvement actions

 Put forward technical or other proposals to improve the work environment and industrial performance indicators
