What will you be doing?

• Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.

• Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.

• Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.

• When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.

• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

• Represent Toyota of Jackson’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.

• Have fun!

We are seeking candidates with

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.

• Toyota or Lexus brand experience, a plus!

• Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.

• An understanding of the mechanical and technical components of an automobile.

• Computer proficiency. (Our DMS is CDK.)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Team player

• Polished and professional

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

  High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
