Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted AZ licensure

• Oncology certification desired

• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances

• Experienced candidates with a Hematology/Oncology background are preferred

• Highly qualified new graduates with related Oncology experience will be considered

Details:

• Outpatient clinic setting

• Average number of patients per day 13

• 4 day work week

• 10 Hour Shifts, 4 Saturdays per year

• No Call
