FEM Analyst Engineer (HYPERMESH, NASTRAN)

Job location: Torino area or Firenze

Role Overview:

The Analyst will join our engineering programs to support our Customer's designers in the development of Aeronautic Engine / Gearbox applications.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Master Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering;

• Able to generate FEM/analytical models of mechanical parts, modules, and assemblies;

• Experienced in Static, Dynamic, Structural and Thermal analysis;

• Experienced in at least 1 FEM tools such as ANSYS, Hypermesh, Patran/Nastran (knowledge of Nastran will be advantageous);

• Able to develop macros and codes in order to perform pre-processing and post-processing activities;

• Proven experience in 3D CAD tools (e.g. Siemens NX, Catia, etc.) will be advantageous

• Learn, understand, and apply our Customer’s standard procedures;

• Good command of English language (i. e. B2);

• Commitment, precision, flexibility, reliability

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent team-work attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Teamwork

• Availability for business travels (short & long term travels)

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines
