About the role:

• Manage and curate a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) database, identifying and selecting the most effective content for inclusion, ensuring a repository of approved responses to commonly asked questions.

• Take ownership of the RFP database, maintaining its accuracy, relevance, and completeness through regular updates and revisions.

• Collaborate with teams across global regions to gather, assess, and integrate new content into the database, aligning with organizational standards and best practices.

• Act as a central point of contact for accessing RFP content, providing support and guidance to Sales and other relevant stakeholders to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness in proposal preparation.

• Leverage existing information to develop Trellix customer-specific material for a global customer base.

• Ability to understand, based on persona, the type of message required to deliver the Trellix message to customers throughout the sales cycle.

• Respond to questions from stakeholders on the next steps and ensure the team provides exceptional service, even if the request seems out of scope.

• Develop seamless integration among internal platforms for sharing information.

About You:

• Over all 2+ years of experience in a content management.

• Experience in working in a matrixed, dynamic organization requiring working across multiple time zones.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Work as a self-starter who requires minimal guidance and meets agreed-upon timelines.

• Experience leveraging Google’s suite of tools, Seismic, and Less only.
