Role: Account Executive (internal creative agency)

Level: Mid-Level (individual contributor, requires at least 5 years of experience)

Required Experience: A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in advertising, marketing, or a related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience. 5-8 years of broad experience in client-side marketing and/or general marketing. External creative or advertising a gency experience preferred . Possesses working knowledge of creative development process for projects ranging from broadcast and print, to digital and events . Has budget management experience for projects, from estimates to reconciliation. See section “03 You Bring” for more information .

Preferred Experience: Experience creating, planning and/or launching the following: digital marketing and integrated campaigns for clients, paid and organic social media campaigns for clients, landing pages and web sites for clients. A developing understanding of digital best practice across social media, web, and email.

Salary Range: $64,117.30 - $ 98,616.96. Applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. The typical hiring range is $70,000 - $79,000. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity. 02 The Job Are you s eeking a role where your superior relational and account management skills can impact the world ? Join the internal agency at World Vision , and a team responsible for producing award-winnin g creative . You’ll liaise with internal product and channel client s , help ing translate marketing n eeds into creative strategy . M anage the development o f engaging video, print, and digital experiences , from ideation to delivery, working alongside our talented creative and content teams. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word, and sign.

Responsibilities Include:

1 | Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, devotions, chapel, prayer, worship); incorporate World Vision Core Values into decisions within the scope of the role.

2 | Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate on creative briefs to ensure that design direction is clear, insightful, and inspiring for creatives.

  • Determine project needs up-front and schedule and lead client meetings accordingly.

  • Evaluate and approve creative content recommendations prior to release to the client, ensuring consistency with World Vision's culture and appropriate representation of business client needs.

  • Ensure that all of the integrated elements/disciplines of the internal agency are brought together on time and are consistent with clients' objectives.

  • Discuss strategy with clients, b uild strong relationships and proactively learn about products and programs.

  • Anticipate problems/opportunities of client marketing plans and revenue and help to determine strategic and creative solutions.

  • Create collaborative and productive alliances with clients' other partners.

    3 | Project Management:

  • Manage project flow through the entire process, working closely with internal traffic, design teams, and outside consultants.

  • Proactively identify new ways to build business and reduce organizational costs.

  • Enhance effectiveness and efficiency of account services function with a goal of exceeding clients' needs and expectations.

  • Follow through on contractual agreements, ensuring that the interests of the assigned program, project, division, and World Vision US as a whole are met.

    4 | Effectively analyze and interpret research and evaluate testing results.

    5 | Manage agency/client budgets and billing processes accurately and timely.

    6 | Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as a member of a team.

    7 | Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities. Reference and follow organizational policies and procedures, seeking clarity as needed.

    8 | Perform other duties as assigned.

    A backgroun d in , and working knowledge of advertising or marketing, with 5-8 years of a gency account management experience . Must have knowledge of the creative development process for print, video , and digital deliverables . An ability to pay k een attention to detail while keeping sight of strategic goals . Works well under pressure and is comfort able with ambi guity .

    05 Salary Range & Benefits Your compensation and benefits are important to you so they’re important to us. The full salary range for this role is $64,117.30 - $ 98,616.96.
