Opis stanowiska

.As a Solutions Engineer (m/f/d) in Logistics, you'll be an essential member of our international team responsible for securing major clients in contract and warehouse logistics within Poland, Hungary and Romania. Using your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of warehouse logistics, you'll design tailored logistics solutions to win tenders. Zadania i obowiązki

• Independently manage warehouse tenders, including planning andfinancial calculations for contract logistics;

• Dataanalysis, evaluation, and preparation of results for a further calculation andpreparation of a material flow;

• Developmentof logistics concepts (incl. storage techniques, equipment evaluation, layoutand process planning);

• Support the onboarding team in transitioning projects smoothly;

• Drive enhancements and improvements in ongoing projects;

• Actively participate in regional and professional meetings andinitiatives.

Wymagane doświadczenie

• A completed degree in a relevant field (i.e. engineering) ;additional certifications are a plus;

• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in crafting logisticsstrategies and collaborating effectively within diverse teams;

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and ideally MS Visio;

• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Polish,with a strong customer focus;

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a talentfor conceptualization and a confident demeanor with effective conflict resolutionand team integration skills.#LI-UK1
