What you will do:

Supports talent processes at the first level leader level and analyzes and implements corporate policies related to human resources. Consults with employees and first level leaders to address root causes of human resources issues attempting to resolve with a systematic approach. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives and assists first level leaders in the development of solutions through organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives

  • Provide HR support to first level leaders related to talent processes and analyzing and implementing corporate policies related to human resources

  • Consults with employees and first level leaders to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve with a systematic approach

  • Coaches and participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., Q12, Performance Reviews, Bonus etc.)

  • Partners with the business to recruit first level leader talent

  • Assists first level leaders in the development of solutions through organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives

  • Assists senior HR leaders in the development and execution of solutions through organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives

  • May assist in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client organization

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent

  • 4+ years of work experience required

  • 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred​

  • Fluent in Polish and English
