Citigroup Reconciliation & Proofing Representative (Hybrid) in Warsaw, Poland

Trustee Team is a part of the Markets and Securities Services. The role of the trustee is to supervise the activities of a collective investment or pension fund, ensuring that the fund acts in accordance with legal regulations and the legal status of the entity.

The purpose is the protection of the interests of fund investors and pension fund participants.

This activity is performed based on open communication with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily/weekly and monthly process reconciliation (cash monitoring and asset register)

  • Follow up/Escalate with responsible business units on outstanding breaks according to internal procedure

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Participate in self-paced online training or organized classroom training to up-scale one's technical skills

  • Adhere to Citi Code of Conduct and information security policies

  • Appropriately assess risk

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in financial services working with various financial instruments, investment funds, account maintenance, capital markets

  • Bachelor’s diploma or higher (nice-to-have)

  • Self-motivated, client-focused and detail-oriented individuals with great communication skills

  • Business Analysis experience & analytical skills

  • Fluent English (min. B2)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel

  • Able to work under time pressure
