Join the dynamic team at a leading international nonprofit in Washington, D.C. We're seeking an Admin and Program Coordinator to support our impactful work. You'll play a vital role in managing program operations, providing administrative support, and coordinating events and travel. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference on a global scale, now to be part of the dedicated team!

salary: $21 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Help the Senior Director communicate about program progress.

  • Assist Program Managers when they need extra help.

  • Aid in organizing events and meetings by preparing invitations, travel plans, and sharing information.

  • Provide daily assistance to the Program Operations team.

  • Help manage knowledge database.

  • Represent at external meetings and conferences.

  • Assist the CEO with fundraising efforts.

  • Help plan organization-wide activities like meetings and trainings.

  • Welcome and guide guests at Washington, D.C. office.

  • Provide basic technical support for meetings and events.

  • Arrange catering and order supplies.

  • Assist new employees with office setup and IT support.

  • Work with travel vendors to book staff travel.

  • Manage travel logistics and expenses.

  • Help maintain travel records and expense reports.

  • Assist with hiring processes and interviews.

  • Help onboard and offboard employees.

  • Manage software subscriptions and billing.

  • Support special projects as needed.
