Description:

The Maintenance Repair and Rebuild position will be responsible for all of the troubleshooting, repair, rebuilding, preventative maintenance and other projects that will keep the production equipment operating effectively.

The role will work on equipment such as, but not limited to, filling machines, labeling machines, conveyor systems and other automated bottling equipment, the equipment is mainly pneumatic powered equipment.

Other responsibilities could include building maintenance and upkeep.

Responsibilities

Manage work orders and ensure equipment is properly function

Troubleshoot and provide root cause recommendations for repairs to equipment

Perform preventative maintenance to all production equipment

Work with pneumatic systems and safely work with industrial electric up to 480v

Partner with production team to understand issues with machinery

Maintain an organized maintenance department with proper supplies in inventory

Develop a preventive maintenance and inventory program utilizing Microsoft products

Job Requirements

5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment, fragrances or pharmaceutical would be preferred

Experience in troubleshooting mechanically and electrically, need to be strong in hydraulic

Ability to work on a team where they effectively communicate with production employees to problem solve
