This well -established local asphalt paving company is hiring a skilled sales estimator to join our team. The role of Estimator will analyze and survey projects, including size, amount of material, labor, and time requirements for a project. Develop sales leads. Have a keen attention to detail. Must fulfill leads/appointments in a timely manner. Compile and summation of related costs to produce quotes for a requested work. Role is not eligible for overtime. Evening and weekend work is occasionally required. Role will earn base salary plus commission.

Requirements for this job: Solid basic math skills. Clean driving record. Critical thinking skills. Self -motivation. Ability to use a calculator and measurement tools. Interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, critical thinking skills. Time management skills. Have an understanding of construction/asphalt practices.

Prior experience helpful but not required.
