What we need: The Construction Sales Development Support individual will support the inside and outside Construction Sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and KPls by taking on the following list of tasks. This role is of utmost importance to limit the number of non-selling activities completed by the Construction Territory Managers on a daily basis, while also maintaining the team's ability to provide an excellent customer experience, and top notch Contractor Services to our clients.

What you'll be doing: Monitoring Construct Connect Software Database and construction projects. Maintain Construction Project List(s) and General Contractor Awards. Create opportunities in SalesForce.com for the Construction Sales Team. Phone calls and emails direct to engineers, general contractors, and sub-contractors seeking out project management contacts, Following cadences to do this. Directing opportunities to Construction Sales Team and/or outside field sales using email, SalesForce, or direct phone calls. Maintenance of Master Construction Project List, General Contractor Awarded List, and overall Project Management of present and future construction projects as they are made aware of to the organization.

What you'll need to be successful: Experience as sales support, customer service, or a similar role. Experience in a sales environment. Be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. Understanding of sales process. Sense of ownership of your performance and its impact on company's success. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Good time-management and multitasking skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
