Job Description Associate Technical Program Analyst 212 W 2nd St, Winona, MN 55987 HEADD Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Associate Technical Program Analyst, you will assist the Applications Development Team with ensuring goals and deadlines are met. You will contribute to technical specification and conduct development unit testing and research. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
