The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Customer Operations Team Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Direct supervision: The person in this role has direct supervision responsibilities for their assigned team, providing guidance and support.

• Hiring, training, and performance management: They are responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating team members within their respective team.

• Operational coordination: They coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of their assigned team.

• Prioritization: They prioritize tasks, tickets, and workload within the team based on their importance and urgency.

• Governance and improvement: They are responsible for executing governance processes, driving systems improvements, and identifying opportunities for process and systems enhancements.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• 2-3 years of equivalent work experience

• Good knowledge of English, another language as an additional asset

• Strong focus on the employee/customer experience

• Previous experience working with SAP or any other ERP system

• Demonstrated detailed orientation and enjoy working with operational processes

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Previous experience in customer service, customer facing and/or familiarity with Supply Chain

• Collaborative Team player

• Analytical skills
