Westchester Jewish Community Services Social Worker - Mobile Mental Health, Family Matters in Yonkers, New York

Overview:

Join our team as a Full-Time Mobile Mental Health Social Worker (MSW or LMSW) for our Family Matters program. In this role, you will work closely with children and their families, providing mental health services. Compensation: $55,000 – $73,000.00/year.

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Conduct clinical and case management services off-site: in homes, schools and other community-based locations.

  • Provide appropriate clinical documentation and agency reports (e.g., clinician’s schedule, treatment plans) in a timely and appropriate manner

  • Monitor and update the treatment plan quarterly and work with client to fulfill the goals of the treatment plan

  • Provide crisis intervention, as needed.

    Requirements:

    We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work.

  • A vehicle and valid Driver’s License.

  • Experience working with youth with mental health needs.
